Attractive Nuisance
A friend and I were talking yesterday about a trampoline in the backyard of her neighbor. The legal term, she said, is an "attractive nuisance."
Like me? I joked.
Exactly like you, she replied.
Hmmm. I'm not sure if I should be flattered or insulted.

Go with flattered. Definitely.
And just how many toaster ovens, do you have then, hmmm?
Was the accent on "attractive" or "nuisance"? Sounds like a "flirt" to me.
Don't peole say the darndest things? I have a friend who is always doing that too. She doesn't intend to be insulting at all. Yet, I found myself walking away bemused. "What did she just say?" Then I laugh...
Julie for WOW!
I think the accent was equally weighted.
and yes, it was a flirt.
Are they still giving out toaster ovens? I thought it would be iPods by now.
