Is it wild onion season yet?
Mama Sara: Don't eat that. It's covered with dirt and dogs have peed on it.

they are tulips, bob. I came across them on top of a stone table in our back yard. I have no idea who plucked them and put them there. I just loved the colors.
but by dawn, the squirrels will have finished them off.
So does that mean you aren't going to give me $50,000 for this scallion bulb?

Your squirrels eat stone tables? You got some wicked bad squirrels in MA.
Seriously, I knew they were tulips (or something). Wild onions were a separate subject. Shouldn't they be up in some vacant lots around now? But those colors! I wouldn't have used those colors for anything in a million years, and they're gorgeous! And the almost melted textures.
