It's a tough choice, isn't it. We're naturally over-protective as women, and even more protective as gay parents.
I admit to having considered sending our munchkin to a self-defence class. She'll be 4 in September. When I read about the hazing, happy slapping and other incidents in the UK, my heart grows cold with fear as I ponder the world that she is growing up in. I just can't believe that I have to make such a decision.
Oh, and NY is in the pipeline...I just wonder how it works for couples with different nationalities, who are are already married in another country.

Silent protest worked out till about 11AM, he said. then he just had to talk.
