Pride Parade
This year, Governor Deval Patrick marched with his daughter, Katherine, in the Gay Pride Parade.
I have been told it is the first time a Governor has done so. I cannot verify it but as we all said today, if it's in the Boston Globe, it's good enough for us.

He marched last year with his daughter too but she wasn't out yet! So this is a first for a Gov. with an out and proud lesbian daughter.
I'm a little confused- I heard it was the first time, then I heard he marched last year, then I heard he wasn't even there yesterday...
